Performs excellent support work to the best of his/her abilities. Reserved for out of character contributions only, as such efforts differ in scope and often involve a player's personal time commitment beyond the game play. (Not as prestigious as the Ribbon of Commitment)

Her enthusiasm and willingness to help the command staff is an admirable trait, and she's done a lot for all of us over the past years without being asked.

Rear Admiral Lirha Saalm 13 Dec 2013 @ 11:50am	Although it might seem unusual to give this to the CO, I wanted to give an award that recognised the sheer amount of work, time and effort put in by the CO on OOC time to give all the little extras to the site that make the Galileo unique. From working out rosters to writing up promotion guides, a lot of work comes from the CO to make sure we have a detailed and unique gaming experience.
