He then moved point-blank to the spotted lady and put the barrel of his gun in her face. "On your knees! Now!" Lamar could spot a filthy Trill from a mile away. And her fake-Human collaborators. Part of him wanted to relinquish his weapon and pull out his knife to cut the alien from her belly, but he would only do so if the general ordered.

Stace's face didn't flinch, but her eyes betrayed an internal terror that pierced out through the green. She took in a final free breath before, placing both hands behind her head beneath her hairpin, she lowered herself down onto her left and then right knee. She looked up to the security man still pointing his rifle and with a cock of her head and a flash of her eyebrow indicated her annoyed compliance. She then looked about the crew both she and Holliday shared. It was terrifying to see them at another's mercy and be unable to help.

And Now, the Continuation...

[ON]

Since the moment the tractor beam had grabbed upon their vessel Jynn had nothing to do to keep him occupied. It was like a tractor beam on his mind had been deactivated and it was free once more to fly around through all sorts of thoughts and possibilities. For the moment he was caught up in the probability of another him existing. Now all he could think about was meeting the fine fellow. What he would say. What he would do. He certainly hoped that he wasn't dead. So caught up in thought was he that he didn't pay much attention to anything else going on. Most importantly, the order to take the kneeling position was completely ignored.

The butt of Lamar's rifle came down swiftly on the top of the Deltan's bald head with severe force and an audible, sick crackening sound. "On your knees!!" repeated Lamar. "Stop resisting!"

With the crack of the rifle Jynn was violently snapped back to the reality of the situation. He really had no choice but to follow the order as he tumbled to the floor and stabilized himself on his hands and knees. There was no point in trying to explain the second part to his aggressor. How Jynn had found certain aspects of situation quite irresistible. Instead he just stared at the floor and waited for their next move. He was sure the quite capable captain Holliday would have an appropriate response.

Watching his XO drop into the demanded position, Holliday quickly followed suit. The reading he had done on the Empire was all the information he needed to know that they had little to no respect for anything non-human, and to protect his crew, the best thing he could do would be to lead by example. Dropping to his knees he placed his hands on the back of his head and interlocked his fingers accordingly.

"Remember our agreement General. This vessel is under lock down and I highly doubt you have the time or patience to want to have to access our operating systems without the help of my crew."

The General cocked his head at the reference to their earlier agreement. It was true that the database held aboard the Federation vessel was likely to be of benefit to the Empire as a whole. Whilst they had obtained a data bsae previously, that was now several years old and there would certainly be advancements in technology that the Empire could benefit from. Reaching for his communication device, he spoke clearly yet with a darkened tone.

=^=All troops - this is General Holliday. No further harm is to come to the prisoners unless they attempt to resist us. Failure will be punishable by death. =^=

"I trust that will reassure you Captain Holliday?"

"For now General. How do you intend to proceed?"

"Simply. This vessel and it's crew will be transferred to my facility. We shall learn what we need from you, and depending on the outcome of those...discussions....we shall release you."

Jonathan scorned as he focused on the words his counterpart uttered. Discussions was unlikely to be sat around a table with a pot of coffee, reminiscing about old times. More certain would be that this was simply a chance for the Empire to learn more.

The General meanwhile had taken a moment to walk down from the turbolift area to the centre of the Bridge. Looking from side to side as he surveyed the somewhat light and defenceless looking decor of what he saw as the mirror universe's Federation.

"Major Darius. All non-essential personnel are to be confined to their quarters aboard this vessel until further notice. Armed guards at all doors. Senior officers are to be taken to the Conference Room. Understood?"

"Of course, general," he swiftly nodded before turning his attention back towards the Trill commander. "If I may speak. We should interrogate this one," his rifle wiggled at Stace. "She is a high rank and will maybe give us the information we require. The secrets to this starship. I can arrange a...persuasion session with her and Doctor Tuula," he suggested.

Stace looked up to the man and a grimace flushed across her face. She turned away from his gaze so that the terror that now struck her features couldn't be witnessed. Suddenly, the confidence she had in life, in being reborn in different guises time after time, wilted like her own future before her. Was she to be the end of the Stace legacy? She knew that the Terrans held little regard for aliens and she may not survive the ordeal.

"You treat my people with respect General! We had a--" Before John could finish his sentence the General leapt over the railing and laid his fist straight across his counterpart's jaw, sending him sprawling to the floor. As John tried to recover himself he found his arms held by an Empire security guard, unable to retaliate even if he had thought that would do him any good.

"What you want is irrelevant. Major - conduct your interrogations as you see fit. I expect your report within six hours. We have a mission to complete here and this unexpected complication does not sit well with me."

Deck 5, Intelligence Office

Tilting his head as he listened, Tyrion sighed and gestured for the few that worked nearby to remove their weapons and leave them out of reach and in plain sight. Being no fighter himself, Tyrion had always relied on his wits and his skill to survive any confrontation. Any, but the one he'd had with the Romulans. He feared for the lives of his team of course, and he definitely feared for Grayson who was still in stasis in sickbay.

Sitting back, Tyrion could do nothing but wait, until the enemy found their way into his little niche of offices. His computer was shut down, and properly encrypted and he knew that it'd take anything short of a computer genius to decrypt.

Deck 7 - Main Engineering

"This vessel is now under the control of the Terran Empire. You are to surrender your weapons immediately and relinquish control to my forces immediately. Non-compliance will be met with lethal force." as Duval smiled. "Yeah tell me about it... keep pissing me off General Jackass... and I'll make the inside of your space dock shine like the surface of the sun." Duval muttered to himself.

A moment later, the skippers rebuttal came over the com system. "All hands this is Captain Holliday. You are hereby ordered to stand down and relinquish your weapons to representatives of the Terran Empire. I have assurances that no harm will come to anyone if we comply. Once again this is a direct order. Holliday out."

Lamar had finally made his way down to Deck 7 and now quickly moved into main engineering behind the rest of his security team. "Hands, show me your hands!" he yelled. "Down on your knees!" His command was swift and his troops began to surround the engineering crew and forcibly kick the legs out from under them to make them submit.

When the boarding party had first stormed in it was with some great surprise. He had engineering on lock down to protect his people, but with the new orders to surrender, disarm and comply someone had turned the force field off allowing the boarding party to enter. K'os immediately moved his body to block the way towards the warpcore and his staff. He cursed under his breath to see that the blast shields hadn't been lowered like he'd ordered. The only thing he could think to do was put his body physically in the way.

"Don't hurt them." K'os was surprised to hear himself say. By this point his whole body vibrated with conflicting emotions in his mind, yet his voice remained calm. The fear in his eyes were quite clear, but he found himself still standing, holding his hands out towards the aggressors. As they advanced towards the warpcore and the engineers who were complying and dropping to their knees, he backed up and waved his hands. The man that was making the orders looked mysteriously like the Lamar he knew, but this was not Lamar. This was something far darker. He heard commotion behind him and saw his engineers being roughed up and forced to their knees.

"Please stop! I'm the ship's Chief Engineer. Stop it, they're complying. Take me, leave them be--" K'os was hit hard behind his right knee and he gritted his teeth as pain shot up his leg. It buckled and he fell to the floor. He whirled around on Lamar's dark twin, showing his hands. "No. No, no. Be calm," K'os' voice cracked as tears welled in his eyes. The pain in his knee pulled at his senses and it was hard to focus. "I'll do whatever you want. I'm their senior officer." K'os gritted his teeth as he tried to shift weight off his knee. "Just leave them be, they're surrendering." It was a bit sobering for K'os to say 'senior officer' when not more than a couple weeks had passed since he'd become an Ensign and then acting chief, but his thoughts now were solely on the safety of his engineers. He didn't dare look at the Admiral, so as not to compromise her, trying his best to keep dark Lamar's attention on himself.

"Shut up, stop resisting!" yelled Darius who swiftly injected the butt of his rifle into the back of the kid-engineer's neck to force him to the ground, after which he put a heacy knee on the back of his head and kept the man subdued. "No one speaks unless I say so!" he added, looking up and around the room at all the other present personnel.

"What the hell is that?!" Lamar suddenly added, seeing a hovering mechanical creation zomming across the room. Motioning his free hand toward his comrades, Lamar gave quick instructions to destroy the threat. "Shoot it!"
