"Computer open Chief Medical Officer's log"

"A short time ago, I was called to report to the brig of this ship armed. Upon arrival, I observed Ensign Ullswater and Chief Warrant Officer Darius armed and appearing to be having and acting upon what I can only describe as a hallucination of still being on the station we recently visited. They are both under quarantine and observation until we can unravel what is happening with them.

What concerns me is a quick review of scans revealed nothing, and I will have to do a deeper scan, but why do they act as they have? There are others who were there at the station, including myself. Am I a potential danger to others at this point? As such, I am activating the EMH with orders that if I exhibit problems, anyone on that mission will be confined until we know what has happened.
