Personal log

My appointment aboard the USS Schofield has come to an end. I was present at the decommissioning ceremony and found it to be adequate, yet sad. In some ways I feel as the Klingons, that a crew should not surrender, nor should a ship be scrapped, but go down in glory in battle. Not that I really want to battle anyone.

The Schofield had a long and useful carrier. I am proud to have served aboard her. Her old style control layout took a bit to get use to, but after a day found it enjoyable to Helm.

It was good to see Captain Saalm again. We have not received new orders yet for our new posting. The scuttlebut is that it’s all ready and waiting for the Schofield to return before those orders are given.

It was also good to see Commander Warraquim in all her glory. Her wings have grown out much more now. The dress white uniform gave her a good foundation of color to show off those wings.

I’m hoping that we will be staying aboard Avondale Shipyard at least a couple days. I’m wanting to spend a day in their ‘Andorian Ice Castle’. That’s just a fancy name for a facility designed for the enjoyment of the colder climatized races like us Andorians. While here I wont have to wear my cooling suit under my clothes to feel comfortable. I might just find me a beautiful blue skinned babe to carry about on my arm for the day.

In closing, I’m very much looking forward to my new assignment. Whatever that may be.

Ahem... if Tris is in need of a romantic encounter, Tuula is right there...
