Personal log Ensign Mimi.

Its been a little under a month since I came onboard the Galileo and I think I've settled in alright, met some nice people like the Chief medical officer, she is an oddity onboard just like me, certainly like nothing I've ever seen before.

My room mate Korre was very.. welcoming and her cat Xinye reminds me of my sister Tali.

I met the Admiral for the first time a while ago too, she was nice, even offered the services of the ships science department to help find the homeworld. I don't know if I'll find it but with a place to start and a good ship to help me I might be lucky, what I'll do if I do ever discover it I still don't know.



Well I should get to work. Computer end log. Oh and transmit the 'letter to mother' file to the USS Charleston.
