Let see.. Got on board. Met my superiors. I like them, they all seem rather… interesting. More on them later.

There was this war game, where I pretty much tried to stay out of everyone’s way. Did learn quite a few things. The Bosun helped me understand exactly what my duty would be if combat actually hit for real. It was a rather interesting experience, if somewhat a little more intense then I would have expected.

Oh! oh! oh!
Dad! Even though you’ll probably never hear this recording. After 15 years you were finally proven right. I went to get my physical done. Which in itself wouldn’t have been very eventful if it hadn't been for the fact I ran head first, or should I say nose first, into a wall.
Hahahaha!
It was awesome!
Oooh! and the doctor is simply incredible. I haven’t had time to look up her species yet, but she is like nothing I’ve ever seen. Those eyes… those eyes are… I’ll have to think about how to describe those.

Oh and then there’s Oren. Simply, adorable. A-do-ra-ble! I could simply hug that adorable little bundle of cuteness all day long.

Right! I forgot about the whole being sucked into some kind of vortex bit. That was … incredibly colorful. . . . Yeah I guess that pretty much describes it as best I can for now.

Hmmmm, I helped with some repairs. Well as much as my basic engineering skills permitted. Which pretty much meant I handed people tools and tried to make the lives of those that did the real work, a little easier.

Theres the Deltan helmsman who is pretty funny. I should say Deltans, not sure what post the other has but, . . does having several Deltans on board man they can enjoy each others company without going against that vow of theirs? I wonder…

Head of security and a stellar cartographer are Bajoran too. But their older, so I don’t know how that will turn out. Worst case scenario I’ll simply flood them with everything I learned about B’hala.

The ship itself is gorgeous. Has a graceful softness to her. At least before it got busted up. But I’m sure we’ll get her up and dancing again soon.
..
As for the inside, it’s a scientist’s dream come true. Several labs, lots of processing power, in-credibly sophisticated sensors. I like it. I like it a lot. I can see her and I have a future together.. hehe.

..ah! I should get to bed, I do still require this strange thing they call sleep. I’m so happy I need so few hours compared to most people. I think I’d go insane with the loss of time.
