Min sat down on the couch in the midst of a rather messy looking room. Tapping the screen, she began.

"Computer Begin Log."

"So the wargames were a sucess by all concerned. However it seems the new deflector wasn't quite ready as production as it created an anomaly in space while we attempting to power it down after a major surge. As best we can guess, we were tossed through a spatial rift but until we get our external sensors fully online, I doubt we'll know exactly where, or even when, we are."

Min sat back in the couch. "I know Lian is being well cared for, I can only hope we get to our own place and time with all reasonable speed as I miss her badly. Of course to add to the fun, I'm pregnant."

"That's right, about 8 weeks along with twins according to Dr Mercy. Seems my plan to let nature take it's course and get pregnant when it happens, worked a little too well. If Dr Mercy is right, and I have no reason to doubt him, then Jared put me in the family way sometime around our wedding, possibly even our wedding night. It also means that I was pregnant again maybe two months after Lian's birth, which is going to be interesting as my estimated due date puts Lian maybe twelve months old when her younger siblings are born."

"So that means that somehow I'm going to be juggling three toddlers and my job. Even with Jared working different shifts, I'm not sure if I can handle both at the same time." She paused. "That thankfully is at least six months away."
