Abrahem,

I'm sorry you couldn't make the trip to SB84 with Jewel. It would have been nice to see you, but I understand your work is difficult to leave. If you did, it might look like you cared about your family and I know how much you hate that.

It's fine, but it still would have been nice to see you. I know I don't always make it home for shoreleave but I do my best.

Jewel told me about your trip to the hospital. Are you alright? She also told me that Akemi came to see you and that she didn't bring the kids. She said (Yes, she told me everything, so accept your fate and deny nothing) you two argued. What's going on? I thought you were seeing someone. Let me know if you need anything.

Jewel is pregnant! I'm so happy for her, but I'm not happy with her traveling around so much. You know I'm the last to criticise technology, but our pregnant sister and future niece/nephew have no business on those transporters. I'm sending her a strongly worded letter after I finish this one. She never learns....

I won't be able to contact anyone for a few weeks as he head to our next mission, but I will send another message as soon as I can.

I know you keep asking about my life on the Galileo, but there really isn't anything very exciting that happens here. At least, nothing that isn't classified and, as far as the people go, you know I don't like gossip.

Let's just say that people are behaving as people on such a small ship do and leave it at that, shall we?

Again, I will contact you when I can.

Take care of yourself, and give Kat and Jess my love.

-Pieter

PS: Stop being such a egocentric bastard and tell Akemi you're sorry. I know you better than you know yourself, remember that. So stop being an idiot.

-P
