Personal Log: Dea Mialin

For the NIMBUS exercise I've been assigned to the USS Aventia as the Executive Officer. I'll be under the command of Markos for this mission. This will be an opportunity to see how things go with the crew separated. Normally we work together, the exercise is forcing us to test our skills against each other.

Right now I'm finishing up my packing so I can report on time for departure. There is not left much to do. After I put this last few things in my bag I'll have time to grab something to eat quickly then make my way to the Aventia. Other than that nothing new has really happened.

Our inspection went well. As usual its a relief to have that over with. I'm looking forward to see how the exercise goes. While I'll be handling things professionally from a slightly different perspective thats always a good opportunity to expand my skills and expertise as an officer.

I don't have a lot of extra time to drag this out right now. Time to get back to packing.
