Well I have arrived on the Galileo. I suppose I should be appreciative of all the strings mom and dad pulled so I could be here and in a way I am. Don't get me wrong its not that I don't want to be here. I do.(Though I must admit to having some doubts. It is the Federation after all, with all their rules and regulations, but at least this ship is really geared towards exploration and scientific discovery. So it can't be all bad.

Speaking of discovery, it appears I have arrived in the middle of a tribble invasion and a paranormal one as well Everyone, or at least everyone I talk to is assuming that it some kind of natural manifestation or one that is man=made.

I'm not so sure. That is the most logical chose and if I were a betting man, I'd lay some credits on it. BUT it is not the only possibility. Whenever someone, in this case all, or at least most of the crew, rules out the possibility they limit the options and overlook the truth.

So as I gather information I am keeping an open mind. In fact I may focus on the paranormal possibility, just to keep things interesting.
