Personal log Ensign Amanda Turell

The boss just gave me a shout they want me for an away mission, I'm prepping weapons for the team as I'm making this log. I don't have much infomation other then we're going into a very uncertain situation onboard a small space station so I'm packing for anything. Type II's for everyone, a few phaser rifles, especially mine, spare power packs, even a few micro-charges.... just in case.

To say I'm nervously excited would be an understatement. An unknown situation, an away team to protect and my chance to prove to everyone that I can still do my job properly. I just hope I can make the most of that chance.
