Well it finally happened, I knew it would eventually; I got reassignment orders. When the Charleston docks at Starbase 234 in a couple of days I'm to catch a runabout to the Celes system where the USS Galileo is helping with setting up a colony.

Mimi dinner is out.

I'll be there in a minute mother, where was I..... I'm more than a little nervous about leaving home again, permanantly this time, four years at the academy was hard enough but it could be ages till I get to see here again.

A brand new ship and crew to get to know and hopefully some new and interesting species to meet.
