"Warrant Officer Duval was exposed to ionizing radiation and was receiving standard treatment: Antibiotics, fluids and reverse isolation. He was displaying some problems with cognition but overall the prognosis was looking good.

However, possibly due to exposure on the colony module he was exposed to an XDR - extremely resistant gram negative rod bacteria tentatively identified as a Pseudomonas aeruginosa andorensis. While normally this pathogen in a normal host shows no influence due to the engineers now weakened immune system it became an opportunistic infection.

All our current antibiotics failed during treatment and the pneumonia was progressing. Thus the determination of extreme resistance. As we could no longer provide sufficient treatment I have decided to put Warrant Officer Duval into suspended animation pending transfer to better equipped facilities and perhaps a new form antibiotic or highly intense treatment can be performed.

Please find attached all medical information of said patient.
