The following is the continuation of a post mission evaluation of subject: MITCHELL, GREG T. The interviewer, Commander Samuel Williamson, is designated with initial "W". Chief Warrant Officer Mitchell designated with initial "M".

Please note this is not a continuous transcript from the previous one, and insignificant information was exchanged for ten minutes after the end of the previous transcript, and this one.

CWO2 Mitchell:....but a word of advice, never EVER try to arrest a gang member, high on PCP, in the middle of a snowy day, while surrounded by a herd of cows, and a farmer's combine.

Commander Samuel Williamson: I will...take that into consideration. Let's move on to a new subject. When did you apply to military service?

M: March 2nd, 2380.

W: Reason for leaving the department?

M: CPD was fun, but after the little Borg skirmish in orbit back in '73, the Dominion War, and the near obliteration by the Reman dude...you know the one...bald guy, kind of looks like a young version of Jean-Luc Picard?

W: Shinzon of Remus, but how did you know what he looked like? No one got a picture of him?

M: You won't believe what stuff gets put onto Net Leaks.

W: You browse...never mind. Continue.

M: Well anyway, after all of those events, Starfleet put forward a huge recruiting campaign to make up for losses. Just so happens, I was a little upset of the many attempts to destroy my government, so I decided to join. Good chance to see the galaxy as well. So I applied. Passed basic in 2381.

W: How was your basic experience?

M: It's basic for enlisted personnel. Let's just say it wasn't a stay in a college dorm.

W: Right...

(Commander Williamson reads ahead in the PADD.)

W: We'll skip by your posting at Fort Conners. I assume, being on Earth, nothing really significant happened.

M: Well, nothing if you don't consider break-in's, drunk drivers, and personel "meeting" in the back seat of cars.

(Commander Williamson coughs and rushes the conversation along.)

W: Right, so nothing noticeable. Your first non Earth posting was USS Star Angel correct?

M: Yes sir.

W: USS Star Angel, Miranda Class, NCC 341992. How long did you serve on her?

M: Two years, from 2382 to 2385.

W: It says here on Stardate....stardate....Mr. Mitchell, you filed an actual date here.

M: Ok?

W: Starfleet protocol requires a Stardate to be used due to the high amount of Colonies and inter-stellar travel. Not everyone is on the same Earth-date.

M: Yah, I never really understood the stardates that much. It's like sometimes there was no logic to them. One year it would be one way, then the next it would be completely different...

W: Mr. Mitchell!

M: Sir?

W: You knowingly, and willingly, filed a report improperly! Do you know how serious that is?

M: These were reports going directly to the ship's main computer and then being sent back to Starfleet Security command back on Earth. I figured only Earth officers would be reading it, and therefore would make perfect sense. That probably would explain the reprimand by my CO however....

W: Your CO. But you have....

(Commander Williamson flips through more pages.)

W:....multiple reports filed using Earth time.

M: Any official documents between departments and all communications were done using stardates. I just didn't want to use them when I could help it.

W: And they allowed you to do this after the first time?

M: Yep.

W: Who was your CO?

M: Lieutenant Fred Nielson.

W:....right.

(Commander Williamson writes done note on PADD, later determined to be: Contact Lt. Nielson for evaluation.)

W: Anyway, on....June 3rd, 2383, you were involved in an altercation in the mess hall. Am I correct?

M: Yes sir.

W: What happened?

M: Well, I was making my rounds on the ship. Not to hard to do, considering how small Mirandas are. All of a sudden, I got a call to a fight happening in the mess. So I went there as fast as I could.

W: What caused the fight?

M: Some two crewmen were fighting over which Silver Surfer was the best. One argued that the Kirby Silver Surfer's were the best drawn, while the other argued that Mobius was the best. One thing led to another and the fight was on.

W: What did you do?

M: I attempted to calm down the situation.

W: How?

M: I waited until back up arrived, then we sat it out until they got tired.

W: You sat it out? Your job is to...

M: Yes sir, I know. But in small quarters, an a bunch of hyped up crewmen arguing over the stupidest thing isn't something to take lightly. After they lost a little steam, we jumped in and pulled them off of each other. Neither had serious injuries, but we got them sent to Sickbay, and then the Brig.

W: But it says you were involved in the altercation.

M: Well...yah, it would say that. Let's just say Mobius hit me over the head with a tray.

W: What happened next?

M: Let's just say the crewman got hit over the head with a tray.

W: ....unbelievable.

M: Yah, I know. Besides, anyone who knows anything knows that Kirby Silver Surfer is the only true Silver Surfer.

W: ......lets wrap this up for the day. How did you enjoy the rest of your tour on the Star Angel?

M: It was great. We did recon patrols, escorts, a couple of times we almost went into combat. It felt like something straight out of 'Hunt for Red October'."

W: I'm sorry. Hunt what?

(Mitchell stares with disbelief.)

M: "'Hunt for Red October'. You know, Alec Baldwin, Sean Connery? Scott Glenn? It's a submarine film from the late early 1990's?

(Commander Williamson shakes his head.)

M: Used as a recruiting tool for the United States Navy for some time? Based off the book by Tom Clancy, one of the greatest political thriller writers ever? Both the book and movie are preserved by Earth's National Entertainment Society?

W: Never heard of it.

(Mitchell stares for 10 seconds.)

M: ...do you ever leave this office sir?
