It's Like Nothing Even Happened

ON:

I suppose one could argue that I have been slacking in my duty to keep a personal log of my account of the events I experience here for future postarity and blah blah blah. All of those boring lines they fed us during basic training to get us to keep personal logs.

I know that these logs are nothing more than a cheap and easy way of gathering intelligence and keeping the masses in their place. I know you're listening to this, so I just thought I would say hi. Whatever intelligence officer they have screening these things must really have pissed someone off. You're all a bunch of tactical division rejects anyway. Except for PO2 Hex, she can survey anything of mine she'd like.

It's like this entire mission might as well have never happened. At least for me. I spent literally the entire time in my quarters. Quarentined. All because some silly Bolian doctor got offended over a petty disagreement. It isn't my fault he is so thin skinned!

I spent most of my time writing. On paper, by hand. I keep my real journal on my person at all times. I would like to see you try to read it without me noticing.

Anyway, I better go sleep this off. Goodnight, intelligence officer.
