First Officer Jonathan Holliday reporting,

we have successfully arrived at Starbase 152 and are currently working to complete our specified objectives within the shortest possible time frame. So far the majority of the senior staff have transferred over by shuttle to oversee the process.

I must admit, it feels weird to be sat in the central chair knowing that my captain and most of the crew are currently off the ship working feverishly to get our mission over and done with before any more...unforseen circumstances occur. If I had been the one making the decisions, I'd have been over there leading the operation myself....but that's captain's perogative unfortunately, no matter what I might say.

The fact that we haven't heard any more from the Klingons has me nervous - especially considering the information that Coleman brought to our attention, I'd have expected a fleet to have decloaked the moment we started transferring materials aboard. I intend to recommend we maintain a minimum of yellow alert for our entire journey back to Federation territory.

With very little support in the area, if we do come under attack, then it's going to be up to us to keep Sienna safe...my Tactical and Intelligence officers have a very dim view of our success against a Klingon attack, but if the logs from the Federation archives prove anything, its that the Nova class is not as weak as some people might think - I took the libery of checking into the database and it seems we have a precident to uphold.

If a Nova class, half damaged, can hold off an Intrepid class as the logs from the USS Voyager show, then the newly launched, fully operational Galileo armed with even a few quantum torpedoes should be able to hold off a Bird of Prey or two until we get closer to Starfleet reinforcements....

Either way, the quicker we get back to the arms of the Federation the better...I don't like sneaking around out here...I'll be glad to get home.
