Despite the sometimes-controversial proposals Warraquim makes, she is thoroughly dedicated to the safety and well-being of those around her. She never hesitates to jump into action and treat the wounded and suffering around her, no matter what race or political faction they may come from. For this, her work has been exemplary. |

Awarded for the ongoing efforts of Carlisle to emotionally help those around her and to counsel them whenever they may be going through a rough patch. Her dedication to her job is commendable, and it is a joy to have such a committed counselor aboard the ship. |
