Begin Log Entry.

Second Officer's personal Log,

We're nearing the Rojar system and as the eyes of the crew are fixated on Rojar, mine are to the star to the right. My home star.

I haven't been here in... geeze a century? *nervous laughter* I remember like it was yesterday.

Oh father wasn't pleased when I told him I had to return to Earth, oh he was so upset with me. He even used the word disappointed, and when I tried to explain what Starfleet was and what humanity could accomplish he refused to listen.

His last word were what a disappointment I've become to the family. I called him past his prime, he was eight hundred, and I told him I had to follow my own path in life.

Week after I left, I'm still breathing and he's gone, my home dies.

I don't know what I find. I just hope, I'll finally get peace.

End Log
