He has a temper that shows when he is tired or frustrated, with a sharp tongue to match. He is highly intelligent and manipulative, something he shows whenever he feels like his research is being threatened. He can be a good colleague, but when all is said and done he prefers his own work. | |

Personal History | Born on Mars, Marcus was surrounded by science and technology from birth. As a young child he scored high on intelligence, something that was nurtured. He was fascinated about how things worked, but more importantly how the universe worked. Marcus always had an aptitude for astrophysics. He got a PhD in Astrophysics at the age of 25. He was well liked by his professors, but did not socialise much with his peers. After graduating he returned to Mars. He spent large portions of his career working at the Daystrom Institute, where he was working as part of large projects. He often got into arguments and, at times, almost violent fights, over the direction or process of their work. In 2385 he quit. Since then, his whereabouts have been unknown, his last recorded passage being on a Federation civilian ship to the Beta Quadrate. |
