Weekly Update

Hey all, a couple quick reminders this week: Crew's Choice Award votes and Personal Logs are both due by the end of the day Friday, per usual. Since we're in the middle of an action sequence, you can post a battle log if you like, or you're welcome to do a regular personal log set before the encounter with the Borg. Alternatively, you can write a backpost (a story from your character's past) and post it as a personal log which will give you credit as well.

We're currently wrapping up our first action sequence and then transitioning to the next one on Friday, so please answer any remaining tags and sign off on the big JP as soon as you're finished. I must say, the level of writing and participation aboard this game is far above anything else on the internet, and it's very fun to watch all 25 of us write together and put out some amazing RP. Well done! :)

Our character progression system is in the works and should hopefully be completed by the end of the weekend. Special thanks to Kate who helped design the department band system, and I'll have more info about this as soon as it's complete.

Lastly, on a slightly sour note, I received a very strange set of IMs from a former player (Sarah) today which was uncomfortable to read. I will be providing you with more information about this on our Yahoo list.
