Personal History Early Life:

Robin Andrew Hilyer was born in the city of Savannah, Georgia on Earth to Dr. John and Evelyn Hilyer. Their oldest son Adam was four when he was born. It was also then that his father, John was a resident at St. Mark's Hospital and Emergency Care Center in Savannah. His wife was a school administrator.

Robin was a curious child, often getting lost in the marshes and wetlands that surrounded the family home. In his early teens he had built a raft and, with friends sailed down the Savannah River one summer. They camped along the banks and ate off the land. His parents, were furious but also proud that their son survived.

Robin never spoke of his desire to follow in his father's footsteps. Nor did he pass off his choice in joining Starfleet until he turned 17. His parents were surprised when the recruiters came to thier house to speak with them. As they had one son already in the Academy they were just as proud of both of them.

Academy Career:

Robin joined Starfleet Medical School at the age of 17 and studied Xeno-Biology/Premed. His first four years at the Academy were highly uneventful as he spent the majority of the time he spent locked up in this dorm studying while the rest of his class spent their time in the local taverns. Robin was a member of the Phi-Omega Medical Fraternity.

During his fourth year, Robin was granted an early Internship at Cedar-Sinai Hospital and remained there until his graduation from Starfleet Medical.

Starfleet History Early Starfleet Career:

Robin's first assignment was on board Starbase 184 as a Emergency Medical Officer. He proved to be a skillful Physician with great ability to work among the chaos of constant work. Robin was promoted to Senior Resident of Emergent Medicine. Though this position only lasted a year as he was transferred to Starbase 220 as Chief Resident of Emergent Medicine and then to Attending Physician.

He left Starbase 220, to the Starship USS Baylor as Assistant Chief Medical Officer. It was here where Robin first met with the other side of battle and began to work heavily in away team. The CMO, Dr. H'Cha Tzia and Robin Clashed often when it came to the care of patients. H'Cha requested that Robin be removed from her team. Captain Ivan Johns, denied her request and instead removed Tzia instead. Robin was named CMO in her place.

Recent Starfleet Career:

Robin remained on board the Baylor until it was destroyed in a battle with the Tzenkethi on Stardate 65951.1. All hands abandoned ship with the Captain and Robin remaining until everyone had left. The Captain was wounded and Robin refused to leave his Commanding Officer's side. Captain Kelson Royce died in the escape pod. However, for his actions, Robin was lauded for his loyalty to his Captain. It was later found out that Robin and the Commanding Officer was involved.

Robin took a leave of abscence before taking the position of Chief Medical Officer of the USS Galileo.
Medical History Robin spent most of his life without any real medical problems other than the usual inflictions of youth; broken bones and the occasional cold.
