Mission Summary

The routine systems test following USS Galileo-A's combat encounter at Cold Station 31 appears to have been successful. Lasting only several hours, the ship's crew finishes performing standard operational evaluations then returns to their home port of Regula I to await further orders. However, a strange phenomenon is now unexpectedly affecting the starship's personnel.

Intense and frequent temporal hallucinations are reported by many of the ship's complement. Shared visions among the crew of an alarming future in which the Federation has fallen to the Klingon and Romulan Empires threaten their verities, and they must race against time to collaborate their visions and investigate the reality behind the illusions.

Meanwhile, the Starfleet heavy transport cruiser USS Yuron arrives at Regula I to deliver new personnel, stores and provisions. Galileo-A processes its new arrivals then is granted a seven-day shore leave on the nearby world designated Remidia -- an uninhabited Class L planet in its growing stages of life creation. The crew enjoy some much-needed R&R and planet-side visitation while continuing to process the entirety of the temporal aftermath.
