Truly an award to be cherished, as it is a result of a lot of time and hard work.

Commander Allyndra illm Warraquim 22 Jun 2017 @ 7:10pm	April was a month in which Warraquim was engaged in a ton of writing with bother her PC and PNPC. It's not always easy to balance out the workload, but she has, and the results were great. It's really fun to see her writing still improving after almost four years on the game, and this is a hallmark of a great writer.

Lieutenant Commander Ryan Alexander 20 Aug 2016 @ 7:49pm	July '16 was a breakout month for Alexander who really improved not only his writing but storytelling abilities. It's great to see him so involved in the mission and can't wait to see how his character develops in the future.
Ambassador Olenna Mirok 09 Mar 2016 @ 5:20am	It's been a blast to finally be able to write with Olenna and she is such a rich and fleshed out character that I enjoy every second of our JPs. Slowly but surely, she is getting to know the crew and all their quirks, and I can't wait to see what the future holds for her!
Lieutenant Tuula Voutilainen M.D. 19 Feb 2016 @ 11:30am	November is the month that was, and it was quite a month for Tuula. It was great to see both her and her sister's dark sides in the MU while also portraying our lovable EBH who manages to get along so well with the ship's children. Excellent work.
Lieutenant Benice Gyce Ph.D. 19 Feb 2016 @ 11:20am	Gyce seems to really have hit her stride during the month of December and the results are great. I've enjoyed seeing her new JPs and reading her personal logs, and it's fun to see the CSEC now fully embracing her role within the department.
Lieutenant JG Manuel Lucero 19 Feb 2016 @ 11:14am	During the month of January, it was great to see Manuel really hitting his stride and doing great technical writing for our Symposium series. His contributions have been fantastic since coming off his ELOA, and I can't wait to see his future posts!
05 Sep 2015 @ 6:59pm	Each month it seems T'Vanna increases her writing prowess, digging deeper and deeper into her characters and bringing them to life with much ambition. At this rate, her small army of PNPCs will all be the sim's main characters by the end of the year!
Lieutenant Olsam Mott 05 Sep 2015 @ 6:59pm	I'm not sure if it's possible for Mott to be an even better writer than he already is, but he really flourished and came alive during the month of July in the middle of our battle sequences. His unorthodox methods of thinking and ability to get the job done under any circumstances are simply amazing, and he's set a benchmark for the rest of us.
Lieutenant JG Grayson Jones 18 Feb 2015 @ 5:41am	After coming back from ELOA recently, Jones has really jumped into action and put out some fun and interesting posts to read. The improvement in his writing the past couple months has been excellent, and I can't wait to read more!
Lieutenant Tuula Voutilainen M.D. 14 Dec 2014 @ 6:02pm	During the month of November, Tuula really came into her own and began to show great character development. Her writer is settling in very nicely on the sim and it's been a pleasure to read Tuula's posts. OOC, Brian has been an active participant who contributes a lot to our community, and it's great to see him hitting full stride. Great job!
Lieutenant Min Zhao 06 Nov 2014 @ 2:19am	Over the past two months, Min has really come into her own and has shown a lot of personality and growth. While we didn't see much from her while she was pregnant and unable to participate in the middle part of the mission, she was active and engaged in the endgame and it was a pleasure to read her adventures. Great job!
Lieutenant JG Delainey Carlisle 10 Sep 2014 @ 1:39pm	It's been a great month for Carlisle which has seen much improvement in both activity and interaction with other characters aboard the game. Her writing and participation has definitely gone up a notch which is wonderful to see. Great job!
Lieutenant Oren Idris Ph.D. 06 Aug 2014 @ 1:42pm	It's been an excellent month for Oren and great to see him developing so much as a character and finally getting a chance to work with the away teams. He's also been active in several personal development JPs which is great to see, and I can't wait to read how he continues to grow in the coming months.
Lieutenant JG Wakeham Paul Alasia Ph.D. 08 Jul 2014 @ 5:33pm	It's been a pleasure to watch Paul grow into his role as a diplomatic officer over the past month. Not only has there been some great RPs showing Alasia's true character, but he's settling in nicely with the rest of the crew and finding his niche. He also doesn't appear to be too fond of arrogant Guls.
Commander Norvi Stace 04 Jun 2014 @ 2:32pm	Norvi has been extremely busy this month and has been thrown into the thick of it, both IC and OOC. Having to balance multiple JPs at once and act as a DH is a daunting task for anyone, and it's been great to watch Norvi develop as a character and also see her writer develop as an OOC player who is able to manage the duties of being a DH.
Command Master Chief Markum Quinn 17 May 2014 @ 2:07pm	This month has been very strong for Quinn who is now exploring some personal storylines in a very unique and colorful manner. The way in which Quinn is showing his depth as a character and as a human are very detailed and enjoyable to read, and it's truly been fun to watch the character develop so much over the past 30 days. Good job!
Ensign K'os Beaumont 08 Apr 2014 @ 11:49am	It's been a wonderful month for K'os writer, not only for his primary toon, but also his supporting characters. I'm always amazed at the depth and interactivity shown in a variety of situations, and it's a pleasure to watch this writer grow and develop on our sim.

Lieutenant Asahi Kita 06 Feb 2014 @ 11:10am	It's been an excellent month of writing for Kita and his writer has really stepped up on our sim. Her writing style has greatly improved as she has become used to writing with us, and she has taken on the role of several fun and unique PNPCs.
Commander Luke Wyatt 05 Jan 2014 @ 4:58pm	This past month Luke and his PNPC, Abbey, have really come into their own and found their niche on the sim. Writing-wise, both characters have evolved significantly and been a joy to interact with, and OOC, spelling, grammar, and punctuation has also improved. Great job!
Lieutenant Commander Amynta Markos 13 Dec 2013 @ 11:51am	This month I've seen a lot of diversity and strong writing from Adam, not only with his PC, Amynta, but also with his various PNPCs. He is really settling into his own and making his presence felt aboard the ship, and he's staying involved with all different types of characters during the craziest portions of our mission. It's great to see such an improvement and I can't wait to see more JPs in the future!

She's the embodiment of an ecological activist and always brings a smile to my face when I read her inner dialogue and mannerisms. This past month she has improved tremendously with her already-strong writing quality and participation, and I look forward to seeing more from her in the coming months.

08 Feb 2013 @ 4:16pm	Definitely loving working with Mike/Maenad so far over the simm! Mike has developed into one of my favorite writers to work with and Maenad's development thus far has been awesome. I think Mike really put it over the top this month.

Coming from a BSG background, it's amazing to see how quickly she was able to adapt and assimilate all the information required to successfully portray an acting chief engineer, and fill in for our injured CEO. And her work with Project Sienna has been very fun to read. Well done!
