Personal History		Teegan was born and raised in northern Arizona. Her father ran a deli and her mother taught English Literature at the local high school. She grew up hearing stories about space travel and the exploits of various Starfleet captains. When she got close to graduating high school, she applied for Starfleet. She didn't make it her first time, so she took some classes and tried again. The second time she was successful. She graduated from Starfleet Academy in Operations and eventually worked her way up to Chief Operations Officer. She was interested in the running of a starship, so she took the bridge course as soon as she could and when the opportunity came, she applied for a position as First Officer. She loves being second in command as it gives her freedom to lead away teams, command the bridge, or steop in and help with repairs as needed.
