Personal History		Born into a wealthy family, Juliet was brought up at home for the first years of her life. She was sent to a boarding school for girls as soon as she reached 5 years old, to focus her into learning and academia from an early age. A couple of years later, both of her parents were killed in an accident while she was at school. She was informed and took it quietly. She seemed to show few outward signs of reaction to the news. While it became uncertain what would happen with her, she inherited everything, becoming a very wealthy little girl, but with no family to take her in. It was decided by a friend of her parents, Commander Nathanial Ash, that she should be kept in boarding school as the simplest solution. She remained in that environment right up until she was 18, becoming an intelligent young woman with a good academic record and athletic to match, even if she'd been closed off and restricted in her upbringing. On one of his visits to her, Ash pointed out she needed to think about her future, and soon. He suggested that her marks were good enough to get her into Starfleet tryouts, assuring her that it was a good option for anyone unsure what to do as it offered many different paths. He himself had joined without knowing what, exactly, he wanted to do. Without any other plans or thoughts on the future, Juliet applied for the Academy, deciding that if it had done well for Ash, it would for her as well.
Starfleet History		She performed well during her first year at the Academy, and it soon became clear Ash was keeping an eye on her. He talked with her at the end of that first year, pleased with her marks and progressing skills. He persuaded her that she should follow the Intelligence route, as he had done, and as her parents had. Juliet trusted him to know what would suit her best with his experience, and agreed. The following three years were hard, and sometimes even gruelling with their specific training, but she showed a natural sense of determination and steel to get through it. As she graduated and was put into service, she developed into a skilled field operative, her skills proving particularly suited to infiltration and cover work. She was also good at the cardinal rule; talking her way out of trouble.
