Weekly Update

Hello team! Great tidings to all this evening and I have a short series of announcements to make tonight.

First, although our recruiting is officially closed, I'm very happy to announce two new Galileans who joined us this past week. Both of them have expressed a strong interest in joining the sim over the past weeks/months and I'm happy to have them aboard during the initial phase of our current adventure.

ENS Ryan Alexander, Operations Officer
ENS Mimi, Operations Officer

Congratulations on your new assignments and welcome to Galileo! Both Alexander and Mimi have been thrown into the mix of things so please help them acclimate when you see them around.

Next, a quick notice that I have a pending LOA approaching. I'll be on vacation throughout the last two weeks of June. During my absence the rest of the CS will be available to take care of daily business and keep our plot moving along. Stay tuned for the official notice regarding my departure/arrival dates sometime next week.

Finally, we are about to start a new series of JPs which will take us through July and put us into our endgame for August. Those will be start on Saturday and I'll provide more OOC info for them as soon as the posts go up.

In the meantime, keep adding your excellent contributions to our JPs. I've been very impressed with our mission exploration so far and it seems everyone is enjoying the chance to put boots on the ground.
