Weekly Update

Hi all, I'm thinking of moving our weekly updates to Sundays in the hopes of giving us all something to look forward to for the coming week. We'll try this out for a month and see what everyone thinks.

I only have a couple quick things to mention this week. First, Dan (ENS Jessica Wilson) has resigned due to RL time constraints. He is unfortunately rather busy with work and school at the moment, and has had to cut back on his simming to accommodate everything. I wish him the very best and he is welcome to rejoin us at any time he likes in the future should he ever have the desire. This unfortunately now means that Brendan (Kohl) is the only official medical officer playing character on the sim, so I would like to request that the rest of the Medical and Counseling players lend him a hand with their PCs and PNPCs alike...at least, until we can find another medical officer to join us. ;) ENS Wilson has been turned in a NPC until such time as all of her pending JPs are completed, so please finish those up as soon as possible after which she will be removed from the manifest (transferred off Galileo at the player's request).

Next, a final reminder for the month: personal logs and Crew's Choice Award votes are all due by Wednesday, May 1st. Please take care of these at your earliest convenience and don't hesitate to contact Tom or myself (before the deadline) if you are unable to complete either and need an extension. We are flexible about logs and award voting as long as we are given advance notice.

Lastly, we are making good progress in our mission and by now you all should have begun your scheduled away teams. If you haven't, then now is the time to start so that we can all move the plot along in a timely fashion. If anyone has any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to contact your DHs or the CS.
